Mars Spain is based in 2 locations
The staff is distributed in Las Rozas offices (90 people in Madrid) and the factory at Arévalo (Ávila) where, since 1999, produces wet pet food.
Further to the Company 5 Principles, Mars Spain has its own identity reinforced by 5 Values: Commitment, Empowerment, Balance, Transparency and Passion that the associates apply to their daily tasks.

The Factory at Arévalo
Devoted to the production of pet food, it began operations in September 1999. Today 160 associates work there; it produces wet food in cans as well as pouches, and in addition to covering the domestic market, it exports to 12 countries: Sweden, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, The United Kingdom, Greece, The Arab Emirates, India and Sri Lanka. In 2008, annual production was 32,000 tons. The Spanish production is primarily focused on Whiskas y Pedigree brands.
